Gracie Jiu Jitsu Knife Self-Defense Seminar in Lakewood on 9/11

On September 11, 2024 Lakewood Jiu Jitsu Academy dedicated our self-defense class to knife/ edged weapon defenses. In honor of the losses that occurred on September 11, 2001 that all began with the hijacking of four commercial airliners with knives and box cutters.

We also paid tribute to a few Americans of whom we are aware who have given or risked their lives to stop armed attacks involving mass violence- while unarmed. Lakewood Jiu Jitsu Academy strongly believes that Americans can best never forget 911 by being prepared and confident to stop mass violence in its tracks before injuries or loss of life of that magnitude ever occur again.
